Can I Order parts other than with a white back?

Yes, you can order with match back, or also raw (1 side or 2 sides). Additional charges may apply.

Is there a minimum required?

minimum width per part is 1.5"
minimum height for drawers with inside profile is 6"
1 square foot minimum per part
minimum charge per order

Is there a maximum per part?

Part longer than 96" cannot be produced.

In which woodgrain direction are the parts pressed?

Vertical for doors
Horizontal for drawers - unless otherwise specified
Sizes are always width x height

About our Products

Specifications
AMERICAN WOODWORK INDUSTRY, LLC uses only the highest quality double refined Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) to meet all of your custom manufacturing needs. Unless otherwise noted, the standard backing is white, Thermo-Fused Melamine. We offer a variety of about thirty foil colors in solid and wood grain finishes.

Certain colors are available with Matching-Back; please refer to the colors for availability. Also, upon request, doors can be bored in order to receive hinges. Please note that additional charges will be applied for Matching-Back and drilled doors.

Foil Match Chart will be available upon request according to foil manufacturer’s recommendations.

5-YEAR WARRANTY

AMERICAN WOODWORK INDUSTRY, LLC warrants Thermo Foil doors against delaminating for five years with the exception of the doors being exposed to abnormal conditions such as fire, floods or other natural disasters. Warranty consists of normal kitchen environment usage of these panels to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Detailed warranty coverage is available upon request.

PRODUCT CARE

Our products should be kept in a controlled environment and away from high heat and sunlight. Mild soap and water, mild kitchen and glass cleaning products, or denaturized alcohol are best to use for cleaning purposes. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasives. DO NOT USE ACETONE.

ORDERING GUIDELINES

All orders must be received on our order form.
All dimensions will be considered as exact finished dimensions +/- 1/16″.
Verbal phone orders will not be accepted in order to assure accuracy.
AMERICAN WOODWORK INDUSTRY, LLC will fax you an order acknowledgement to be reviewed, signed and sent back to us. Orders will be produced according to this acknowledgment. Once the order is in production, no changes can be made.
All orders will require a 50% deposit before production can begin.
All parts are subject to a minimum charge of 1 sq. ft. and a minimum charge per order, which is subject to change.
